You may not resell, share, or redistribute the raw texture files (PNG, PSD, etc.) on their own, in asset packs, or on public/free avatars.!! Locked Files !!
When selling a custom model that features this texture, the texture must be embedded into the model files or packaged in a way that prevents the end-user from easily extracting the raw texture file.
Terms of Service
As the Artist I have the right to refuse any commission requested
All payments must be paid in FULL before the start of the commission unless other arrangements have been made with a known individual and or trusted repeating client
All purchases are FINAL and will be made in USD through PayPal and or Ko-fi
Items that I will not create include the following subjects: Extreme Gore, Immoral Behavior, Mechas, Hard Core NSFW, Hyper Realism as of this moment but will inform the client of any other discrepancy
Items made will be included in my portfolio unless discussed in which case an additional cost will apply
Items created also may be streamed during the creating process unless otherwise discussed in which case an additional cost will apply
Commissioned pieces are for personal use only unless stated otherwise and or discussed, however using my artwork in AI engines is strictly prohibited
Please be patient with me as I will be doing commissioned in order of purchase
Please maintain dignity and respect during the commission process since art takes time and I can not control potential unforeseen circumstances. Pestering me will also not make me work faster. Any rude, thoughtless or aggressive behavior can result in termination of the commission and will not be refunded
Terms of Service are subject to be changed/ edited at any time, however the terms of service for the time of commission will be added to the invoice (if commissioned through PayPal). If the T.O.S changes mid commission the new terms will be sent to all ongoing clients.
